Directions

From Dumfries take the A76 North to Thornhill, continue for 2 miles to Carronbridge. Turn right onto A702 Edinburgh Road.

After 2 miles turn right again to Durisdeer Village. Hope Cottage is beside the Village Green on the left hand side.

From the north leave the M74 at junction 14 and follow the A702 for 12 miles before turning left to Durisdeer Village.
