You can take out full refund cover (excluding premium) as follows:

1. Because of illness, death, injury, maternity, jury service or witness summons.

2. In the event of your home being rendered uninhabitable because of storm, fire, flood, malicious damage or subsidence.

If taken out at time of booking, it is undertaken to refund deposit and balance (if paid) on production of evidence to show the cancellation is due to one the above incidents.
